Please note that in order to use the Servpac Softphone app, you must have a Servpac VoIP account. Without this account, the app will not function properly. In the event of an emergency, the Servpac Softphone app provides specialized handling to redirect emergency calls to your device's native cellular dialer. When attempting to call an emergency number through the app, your device will automatically complete the call through your mobile carrier network to ensure the best possible connection. It's important to note that the app's functionality in this regard is subject to the constraints and potential changes of your device's operating system, which is beyond Servpac's control. Additionally, using Servpac as your default dialer may interfere with your ability to dial emergency services.
